In May, 2004 we implemented HACCP concept (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) which enables us to maintain highest level of food safety.
Then we have implemented the BRC Global Standard Food (or Global Standard for Food Safety), which combines the requirements of ISO 9000, HACCP, GMP, GHP and simultaneously defines specific guidelines that must be met in order to guarantee the security and required, repeatable level of quality of the finished product .
We have our own transformer (power switching station), water supply and sewage treatment plant which assure continuity of freezing operations and optimal sanitary norms.
Highest production standards adopted in our company, systematic modernization of production processes as well as focus on the environmental issues are consistent with the requirements of the European Union and constitute a safety warrant for our clients and partners.
